PREGNANCY YOGA

For those that have never previously tried yoga, often take the opportunity to do so when they are pregnant.

Our Yoga for pregnancy classes contained specifically designed yoga poses that are adapted for pregnancy. As well as traditional yoga poses there is a focus on poses that improve and assist relaxation and breathing during labour.

Yoga is an accessible and positive way for pregnant ladies to stay active and in good physical health during pregnancy.

The body alters dramatically during the pregnancy process and these yoga classes improve posture and keep the body supple so that the body is able to traverse these changes with greater ease.

All of pregnancy yoga classes are specifically trained to ensure that each class is as safe and beneficial for women at each stage of the pregnancy process. There are suitable yoga classes and poses for the entire duration of pregnancy right up to the moment that your baby arrives.
