Book in for a wellness MOT with one of our ALTR Wellbeing Coach’s who will help you to identify the changes and outcomes that you seek and, in consultation with our broad range of practitioners, will design a bespoke personalised health plan.

This easy to follow road map of how to achieve your goals and objectives will consider your whole health as opposed to one specific issue. Once you have your plan, it is for you to choose which parts of it you feel are right for you at any given time.

Should you find it helpful, your Coach will provide support and accountability for your wellness journey and regular reviews. Natives will receive the option of a complimentary MOT once per year to keep that wellbeing focus sharp and directed and to provide whatever support is necessary to keep moving forward towards those goals.
